Weatherboard and wood replacement

We have 1 x weatherboard thats rotten and needs replacing. Wood around a window that needs fixing, plus three of the external pieces of wood that run from roof into house, that are rotten. We have scaffolding up now for painting, our builder has let us down, so need someone who's available now.
