Small repair work

I’m looking for a qualified/professional handyman? to replace some water damaged cladding on a couple of areas of our home. We are doing some outside maintenance and believe these were “repaired/patched” before we moved in. Attached photos of the areas and they probably need to be replaced. Also if you have an experience with maintaining the old wooden swing type windows on old statehouses to get them to close properly, I’d love to hear from you, Thanks in advance
