Window frames

Hi there. We are wanting to get our front window frame that has rotted away re-done, and get frames around the house re-done that have also rotted away, as well as having a look over the house (our painter says that the corner of the house also has a wee bit of rotting). We are after alterations that last, before our painter paints on it.
