preparing for house sale

Getting our house ready for sale - jobs required: new door hung on an external cupboard under stairs & painted; replace roof on garden shed (currently sealed and painted ply) and create step up onto small shed verandah; tiling around a concrete fireplace hearth; new laundry tub set installed; replace timber beading / sealant around glass bricks between shower and dressing room - very slow leak and timber has rotted through; grouting a few external tiles in a courtyard
