New deck

We're about to pull down a 20 year old deck at the front of our house and plan to build a new deck within the same footprint (as well as a smaller patio deck around the back of the house) We have architectural plans available. The front deck is elevated, the highest point from the ground is approx 2m and the front deck itself would be approx 35m2 and the back deck would be about half that but is on a mostly flat area, partially concreted - not elevated We're needing someone to put in the piles and the outer joists for both decks (we're hoping to save money by putting in the decking ourselves) as well as the railing, and a set of stairs Easy access and existing deck will have been demolished before job commences
