Balcony rebuild

Hi we are looking for a builder to advise us, quote and carry out repairs on our suspended balcony. The balcony was part of the original house design and was tiled for a few years. We removed the tiles to re-tile and have discovered the joists are rotten. Could this be a job for you? And repairs must get building code council sign off
