House truck spruce up

I own a wooden housetruck. Beautifully made, but wear and tear occurs. I have a set of little problems that need sorting: front stained window is letting in damp (butinol covered roof), toilet floor has cracked and needs replacing, cupboard doors not staying closed when travelling, tiled chopping board area has cracked (I'd like to replace it with one of those end grain chequer board chopping blocks - I know someone who makes them, but am open to advise), window catch has come adrift from window (I have a new catch but can't fit it).
