Repair of wall and floor post-fireplace removal

We have removed a fireplace and need someone to assist with rebuilding the wall in which it was removed from. This includes: - Gibbing the wall - Plastering the wall - Installing skirting board that matches existing skirting board - Installing wooden floor boards to match existing floor boards. We have removed 75mm of concrete below where existing fireplace was to allow the installation of floorboards at floor level (refer to picture of this). We would also like someone to wallpaper that section to match the existing wallpaper, but we are happy to find someone else to assist with that given the specialty of the remaining work involved in this job. Please note that we need this job completed within four weeks (just the re-construction, not the wallpapering).
