Laundry Renovation - floor.

We're redoing our laundry and as part of that we've removed lino off the floor. It turned out we had a hatch that leads under the house and also half the floor in our laundry is concrete and half is timber. There is a gap between hatch frame and the rest of the floor and needs to be filled in, so that we could then lay new lino in the laundry. The floor needs to be level. We need someone to have a look at the gap and the hatch and tell us what's needed and how much it would be to prepare the floor for us to continue the renovations. Thank you
