My old dishwasher has been leaking and has caused rot in the bottom plate of the wall behind it and either side of the adjoining cabinetry. The bench top and cabinetry may need to come out to access the damage. The floor is ok as it is concrete but I would probably want some treated timber put in to prevent future leaks. I have removed the old dishwasher and cleaned the area and have a dehumidifier drying it out.
