Bedroom floor corner sunken - needs repair

Bedroom floor is sinking in (chipboard) due to a previous leak from the bathroom next door. Corner of floor board will need replacing. Joists will need checking for softness. May require new underlay for the affected area and carpet will need to be stretched down again.
