Kitchen leak repair

My old dishwasher has been leaking and has caused rot in the bottom plate of the wall behind it and either side of the adjoining cabinetry. The floor is ok as it is concrete but I would probably want some H5 timber put in to prevent future leaks. I have removed the old dishwasher and cleaned the area.
