Cedar weatherboard replacement and dishwasher cavity creation

I have a cedar weatherboard townhouse.which I stained last summer. There are 2-3 boards that need replacing, or sections of them and one that needs filling. The boards would also need staining. I have the stain. I also have a kitchen cupboard that I would like converted into a cavity for a dishwasher with a winerack created down one side.
