Need Block layer or someone who knows what their doing ASAP!

Brick Pillar smashed, which is holding large wooden gates. -See photo attached. Needing the bricks either moved/straightened and concreted over to secure. There was a letter box hole which i think has weakened pillar. This can be filled in to strengthen. Want to try and repair without having to re build from bottom up. I am located in Australia so contact number is + --- we are 3hours behind NZD time. So email is best, then i can call you.. Tenants are very flexible and can be home to quote. Needs attention ASAP
