House Window/Door Frames and Interior imber Frame Repair

I have some repair work that is required caused by leaking gutters. The gutter issue has been resolved and now the damage to the interior of the house needs to be repaired. The current window and door frames are made from custom wood and they have expanded due to the leaking. As a result four window frames and one door frame need to be repaired/replaced in four different rooms; laundry, bathroom, second bedroom and study. Building work was started in the laundry through insurance but mould on the timbers was discovered when the window frame and door frame were removed. Due to this the building repairs are no longer going through the insurance company. The visible timbers in the laundry are dry with no rot. The other three rooms may have a similar problem and repair for these will need to be discussed once any water damage is revealed.
