Bathroom Frame Repairs

Hi there we have a bathroom that had a plastic water pipe split in one of the walls so we are getting all the plastic pipes changed over to copper. It is an old villa - In preparation I have stripped the GIB off the walls to see that state of the frame and replace the pipes. It is an old villa - I want an experience carpenter to provide advise and quote to get the rectify an issues with the existing frame so we can repipe re-plaster. We are ready to start the job
