Bargeboard and Interior

This property is for sale in 2 weeks. Following a pre-sale Building Inspection my client requires to fix three areas. 1. High moisture reading under upstairs bedroom window: remove plasterboard, dry out, replace and repaint. Exterior - check if there is a crack in sealant under window and fix if required. 2 Verges to the front gable: There is a gap between the flashing and timber bargeboard, and the bargeboard appears to have been rotting for some time and needs immediate attention to avoid more damage. 3 Also verge tile missing at the top and bottom of the verge, of which the top one has been replaced with a metal flashing. Please install two verge tiles. Timeframe : complete before Saturday 30 September please (first open home 12:00 on Sat 30 Sept) Thank you. Quote required please.
