bedroom repair from flood damage

Part of a bedroom floor needs replacing with particle board along with gib replacement, replaster and paint with new carpet for the entire room as a result of flood damage. This is for an insurance claim so asap. Remove skirting to the bedroom relating to the external corner. • Remove gib board to corner of the room, up to 800m high or above the external floor level to check wall framing. • To install new linings where removed, plaster and paint same on completion. • To cut out a section of Particle board flooring 1m x 600mm , nogged to suit new insert • To replace carpet and underlay, to closest quality and style
