Ceiling and wallboard repair and wall papering

Due to a water leak from an upstairs cistern our ceiling and wallboard in the corner of our lounge has been damaged along with the brick design wallpaper that has pealed away from the wall. We have some rolls of the same wallpaper that can be used to replace it. The ceiling area damaged looks to be about 2 to 3m2. We need a quote for our insurance company. Thanks
