Decking Boards Too Close Together

I need someone to run a skill-saw down through the gaps of my decking boards to widen the gaps between the boards. Currently the boards are too close together and they hold the water. I've done some research and this seems like the best solution. Rather than taking all the boards up. Deck is only 18 months old, but can't get the previous builder who built it back to fix it. I imagine it's a one day job. Requires someone with a guide for the skill-saw or proficient with the saw. Cheers!!
