Facsia repair & Vent Replacement

I have a split level house and the fascia board has started to rot on the colder side of the house. The repair is on a single level height of the house. It would also then need to be painted. I also have a vent from the range hood which is missing one shutter that needs replacing. This is at a two story level height of the house.
