Cladding repair on multi unit property

Need quotes for some cladding repair work on a 12 unit block in Otahuhu. Bottom of timber cladding has some rot so need someone to quote cutting to first nog line putting a flashing in a replacing lower part with fibre cement to match repair work in other areas. If you can paint also a bonus. This will be for a property trading business. Need a contractor who will complete to a good standard and is efficient with schedule and cost.
