Repair to door and opening hole for lock cylinder

1). Patch up hole in door previously cut for a cat door. Cut and shape piece of timber (timber or plywood, no MDF or chip board) to plug current cutout and fit good enough to allow sealant to produce a weather tight seal. Cut out is covered so do not need to be prefect but I do want it weather tight. 2). Open out hole for lock cylinder from Ø45mm to Ø54mm. I can fit the lock cylinder, just need the hole opened out.

Excellent service from Chris, a skilled tradesman. Clearly knew how to do the best way for what was required, came fully prepared but was able to think of a best solution when (due to my incorrect description of the job) a plan B was required. I will be getting him to do more work for me.
