General house maintenance

I would like a generalist to come over, put up a dryer on its brackets and ventilate it to the outside (through the wall) There is also about a dozen small jobs from doors that need shaving/hinges adjusted, to deadlocks being put in some windows/doors, toilet lid needs fixing and the shower needs a better seal for the door as it floods. There are also a number of windows that might need replacing, outside lights that need to be checked and a sleep out that i would love a little advice on. So a variety of jobs. I really want someone to come around and look at it, quote on it and then I can confirm when its being done.I don't have a big budget, its really just a number of minor things that need doing and if it costs too much I will have to select the priorities.
