Replace weatherboards and general repairs

We have a number of inside and "outside jobs that need doing; Inside: 1. Replace front door lock with a deadbolt and trim bottom of door to stop it sticking after wet weather 2. Mount LED TV on lounge wall 3. Install hand rail in internal stairwell entrance to first floor living 4. Install security bolts on ranch slider door 5. Repair internal sliding door that has come off its rail Outside: 6. Replace 10 -12 separate boards with most ranging between 1.2 - 2.6 metres long each and 1 x 4 m ) painted cedar weatherboards and fascias (around 2.5m in total) that are rotten / weathered. These boards are located on second story external walls ranging between 2 - 5 metres from ground level. Some areas can be access via the roof but some will require scaffolding for access. 7. Fix under house tounge and groove door - small wooden access door requires replacement board and reattaching 8. Paint replaced boards and front area of the house on second level (scaffolding will be required - same scaffolding for access the areas to replace the weathered boards) 9. Paint / waterproof concrete block wall and install flashing to stop water leak on ground floor of house.
