We are a tertiary education campus and were flooded in the January floods. Some repair work to walls and gib has been carried out by the landlord. However under our insurance we must claim for damage to our interior fit out. We have swollen skirting boards in much of the campus around floor to ceiling classroom windows and it appears the skirts were made of mdf and need full replacement. The campus is approx 350sqm in size. Photos attached will indicate the damage. We need a repair quote to submit to insurance.
