Shoe Storage Box

I'd like a shoe storage box made that can fit 16 pairs of shoes/boots, 2 rows of 4, 2 layers with a pull out drawer underneath. each pair of shoes are approximate 30cms high and 30cms wide and 30cms deep so needs to fit that size shoes internally. It can be made of MDF or similar with sharp edges removed, lid with solid hinges on the inside (different to the attached picture) and smooth drawer motion. The end result to look similar to a shoe box, a few specs/diagrams to be discussed and confirmed before making.
