Replace rotten timber under windowsill. Small area of rotten timber caused by a penetration into the wall not being sealed. The area of the penetration is now fixed but we need the damaged timber to be replaced. Timber area affected is the bottom plate and stud. The internal wall lining has been removed. We would like this work completed asap (please)!
