I need the floorboards in my house replaced with either particle board or ply (preferably) before a new floor can be laid. The existing particle floor boards have sagged in some areas and squeak in other areas. The time frame is urgent as the flooring cannot progress without this work being carried out first. Currently the house is empty. Total area approximately 25 sqm.
