Balcony Repair - Like for Like

I have a balcony that has rotted in one corner from water ingress. Rotten wood needs removal and replacement with treated wood. A plan has already been drawn up (see photos). I am looking for a like for like repair. To enable quote, the soffit will need to be removed for inspection. I will need this cut out and replaced with a new temporary panel. I will pay for the materials & labour to do this as part of the quoting process.
