9A Upper Deck / Balcony Repair

I am the owner of 9B Baddeley Ave. The ceiling of my kitchen is the floor of the 9A Balcony. There are currently several leaks from the balcony into my kitchen The owner of 9A is somewhat elderly but has significant funds to complete the repairs. My husband has building experience and we think we have found the source of the problem. We do not want to do the work as we do not want to be responsible for the work so we need a qualified builder.
