Rot and Rust Repairs to house

There are several small jobs that need doing. I am not sure which category is best to put these under - advice welcomed. If not possible to do all jobs I will accept quotes for one or more: 1. replace rotten timber threshold to an external door 2. replace damaged section of rotten fascia (2nd story) 3. repair rust damage at the top of pipes supporting decks 4. repair small section of rust damage on short run iron roof and tidy up an area where a vent has been removed 5. repair metal flashing around a pipe which is rusting and pulling
