Decking repairs and membrane replacement

We have 3 decks, over 2 levels. 2 require substrate replacement and replacement of the membrane. 1 only requires membrane replacement. Viking Dec-k-ing is the preferred replacement membrane. Approximate sizes 7.7 x 1.8, 4.4 x 2.0 (includes radiused mid-section), 4.0 x 1.1. Decks are drained and have 600 mm walls on 3 sides with a 185 wide timber capping and a pipe hand rail. The capping has allowed water ingress in parts of the walls which has allowed the ply substrate to fail in corners. Prospective tradies will need to view to gain an understanding of the scope. The builder will need to work with a licensed membrane installer. Prefer start prior to Christmas 2022, however can wait till New Year.
