On a 1940's bungalow repairs are needed for rotten wood on window frames, weatherboards and possibly barge board for a sagging spouting. Photos give examples of what is required. The building has been washed since the photos were taken. It is a single-story building with a high wall stud. The window hinges were recently replaced with stainless steel. Some touch up painting is required of any repairs that are done.
