We need to level our back deck as it slopes away at the back corner quite a bit. We also need to put up a handrail as the deck is over 1m high. Probably needs a handrail on the stairs too. Looking to to this cheaply but have it pretty robust. The deck is ~2500mm wide and ~2800mm long with ~950mm wide stairs along the width of the deck.
