Need about 6-7 new posts installed under existing deck (pretty good height access underneath), new joists run and ribbon board pulled off cladding where currently direct fixed - about 12-14m of deck against house. Also need 4 stop-end flashings installed. One will require scaff access - allowed for in budget.
