Repair, reinforce joist tops under deck & add vent slits to side of deck

The top of joists under deck have deteriorated, as deck not in sun and not well ventilated. The deck joist tops require repair eg wood hardener and /or support if required, perhaps without removing deck boarding , if possible. Require vents added to existing decking front and sides in same style of those on house . To remove the very bottom step deck step that is broken and perhaps very bottom weatherboard if deteriorated. There are a couple of other minor repairs, replace hinge on gate & french door, replace small 2cm area of putty on french door. Please note this is a patch repair to make safe, not redesign as the deck will be removed in a couple of years as it is not in the correct area. Thank you
