Replacement deck

I would like a quote to replace my back deck. It is rotten in parts, and in the other parts it is not spaced evenly and in the winter it pools with water and gets very moldy. I would estimate it to be 30-40 square meters and access may be a bit difficult as there are a number of stairs to get up to the house, then the timber would either need to go through the house, or around the side, which again consists of a few steps. I would like the quote to be fully inclusive of timber and labor, as well to include removal of the old timber. I have no idea at this stage how much it would cost so the budget quoted is just a guess on my part.
