• East elevation roof framing, trusses fixed at typical centres with a cantilever and connection to the wall framing with joist hangers. • North elevation roof framing, trusses fixed at typical centres with cantilever BUT there are no joist hangers or mechanical fixings, tying the trusses back to the wall framing. • The hip truss at the external corner has a 1.4m cantilever and has only been nailed in place, which is the same for all the trusses on the north elevation. • Note : the roof is classed as a heavy roof, painted concrete tiles. • Combine the 1.4m cantilever, heavy roof and no hardware connecting the north elevation trusses to the wall framing, in my opinion, has resulted in these trusses tilting down at the fascia line. • Trusses can be seen to be out of alignment which has resulted in the spouting being out of level and over flowing. • Note : The bottom chord of the hip truss is out of level toward the spouting 65mm per meter. • All north elevation roof framing falls to the exterior RH hip causing the spouting to fall in the wrong direction causing spouting to overflow. I would like it repaired before the end of the month please.
