Help with detaching and reataching weatherboards to get my deck waterproofed

I am needing to get my deck waterproofed but have been told to do so I need to engage a builder to detatch and reattach the bottom weatherboards to assist with the waterproofers. Please see photo of deck, it is small. I am looking to get the waterproofing done in the next couple of weeks so need someone with availability
