Open up wooden kitchen floor for plumber to repair the pipes underneath

There is a water leak under the floor in the kitchen. The plumber cannot access the pipes from under the house because the gap between the floor and the ground is too narrow. I need a carpenter to open up access through the floor to the pipes , and to repair the floor after the plumber completes the pipe repairs. I need it done by yesterday.
