Deck replacement

We would like to replace our deck like for like. The deck is approximately 2.6 metres by 6.4 metres i.e. 16.6 square metres. We plan on extending the house at some point so would like to to keep costs down by keeping existing joists, layout etc where possible. That said - if joists are considered no good we’d rather have the job done right! Existing joists are in ok condition, but one end of the deck has rotted and broken through in places due to low soil clearance. We’re aware that timber is expensive and hard to get at the moment. If you are able to quote for different materials eg pine, kwila, that would be appreciated please. If responding please: (1) provide a cost estimate (2) include removal of waste in your estimate (3) advise approximate timeframe for completion Cheers Michael

Cobus and team were excellent. Cobus was very easy to contact and was very responsive to any requests, but wasnt afraid to make recommendations too. The workmanship was top quality. The site was left clean too. Costs came inline with budget and the team were very efficient with schedule, despite some rain delays. Overall we found them very customer focused and really, really happy with the result. Would happily recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!
