Plasterboard, skirting board & window frame repairs

I have 6 medium to largish sized holes in my plasterboard from a few plumbing leaks, I need the holes repaired and plastered to paint finish (I will paint the finished surface). One of these holes is in the ceiling, the other 5 within the walls. Also from these plumbing leaks is some damage to 4 skirting boards which will need replacement. I also have a window frame where the bottom timber frame needs replacing. Ideally to be repaired asap, but I am flexible. Unsure if this is a job for a builder or handyman - however note it is more than plasterboard work. Thanks
