Mixed Home Repairs - Wooden Window Frame, Wall, Step and Splashback Repair #2

Hi, We have a few repairs needed around the house which i'll list below. 1: Wall beside shower continues to rot and expand. Have had it repaired by a painter, but I think it needs to be replaced with a more permanent solution so it doesn't happen again. 2: Wooden window frame in bathroom keeps expanding and will barely close. Hinges are rusty also and the other hardware isn't attached properly either. Needs fixing or full replacement. 3: Back door step is rotten and has some kind of mite. Needs replacing. 4: Kitchen splash back isn't attached needs re-fixing and waterproofing maybe. Photos attached. Thanks, Curtis
