Minor Building Repairs at Morningside Playcentre

We have had a building inspection completed and have a few jobs that we need completed. We are a parent run ECE that operates during school terms. So work would need to be completed in the afternoons (after 1pm) or during school holidays. We need: - Z nails installed on balcony roof structure - Parts of the plywood cladding replaced and painted - The timber barge board on gable replaced. Power from the street connects to the centre on this gable, so will need to be disconnected for work to be completed. More detailed information is in the photos attached
