I need some maintenance done to my house. 1920's bungalow. Looking for a skilled tradesman experienced in this sort of work. To summarise. • Flashings above two windows • Make back door watertight. Repair particle board floor if need be on the inside face of this door where water damaged. • 4 x small internal skirting elements required. • Maybe 4 x external weatherboards need replacing. • The concrete stairs by back door have moved away from the house. Can that gap be filled with concrete and stairs screeded over to make level? • A leak in the corner of my skylight. Did have a roofer look at it last year but might just need a bit of extra silicon somewhere? I have enclosed photos to give you a clear understanding of the work.
