Rotten wood repair for front deck

Quote requested for the repair / replacement of any rotten areas present in the front deck and steps of a tenanted house. (Photo 1). There are also two other separate issues, if it would be possible to also look at these: - The wood (chipboard) inside one of the kitchen cupboards has deteriorated and the cupboard hinge has pulled off. (Photo 2) - The tiles surrounding the two baths are coming loose / breaking. Advice on a cost-effective option to address this without a full renovation of the baths, for example by laying waterproof panelling instead, would be appreciated (Photo 3) Thank you.
