Temporary work needed to deteriorated cladding under joinery to inter-tenancy flashing to make watertight please. Remove steel balcony first. Barrier on the interior of the balcony door to stop from opening. This is to get us through winter. Potentially 6 of these to do - 2 definitely. Thank you.
