When we bought our unit our building inspector recommended a couple of things needed immediate attention. This is from the report: Past repairs to the front balustrade fibre cement cladding and slim line corner mouldings, cracking is noted to the inner corner junction sealing is required to prevent moisture ingress damage. Repairs or replacement of the rot damaged concrete block fire wall timber capping are required to prevent further damage and moisture ingress to other timbers. Repairs to the front cedar weatherboards and fibre cement sheet cladding are required.
