Decking steps, fix a fence and a new side gate

1) Install two new sets of low height steps that go up to some kwila decking. 2) fix a section of fence that has fallen over and is now leaning up against a shed. We only want to locally fix the fence and not replace the full length -probably need to replace 2-3 posts. Fence is on the boundary and we have agreement with the neighbors to access from their side as well. 3) install a new gate to side of house to replace the existing - we expect this to be hung off a new post rather than the existing fence.
